Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of personal care products, opened items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

• Email hello@nirdhushine.com with your order ID and reason for return
• We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup or shipping instructions
• Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly, at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
